Position Overview The part-time Broista position is primarily responsible for the creation of Dutch Bros drinks while following the set guidelines and vision of the company.
Providing excellent customer service at all times, proving that we are a People company serving coffee not a Coffee company, serving people.
Key Result Area (KRA) Provide all customers with a moment of special Drinks should be made and served in-line with DB standards and be exactly what the customer ordered Engage customers and welcome them to THEIR moment of special! Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, trainings, and knowledge tests under the Dutch Bros required standards for company policies, and federal, state, and/or local regulations.
