Peak Physical Therapy, a division of Upstream Rehabilitation, is currently hiring a Physical Therapist Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus OR Student Loan Reimbursement $71000 - $90000 / year This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications.
Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
