We are looking for a fulltime pool project manager, pool designer, and salesman.
This position requires meeting with potential clients to understand the proposed design, completing the design in Pool Studio, providing a detailed presentation, and closing the sale.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of verifiable residential swimming pool design and sales experience.
Expert knowledge of Pool Studio (3D Design).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be able to manage multiple leads/projects at one time.
Be capable of shooting grades and understanding how to creatively design with any style elevation.
Must be able to read pool plans, engineered drawings and other documents.
Work well under time constraints/pressure.
Must have attention to detail and be a strong team player.
Must pass a background check and have an excellent driving record.
Must be willing to attend local events and entertain clients/prospective clients.
Expected to be bale to provide solutions that build long term business relationships.
Must enjoy working with diverse teams of dynamic individuals who strive to win.

Responsibilities:

Design the project with their needs and budget in mind.
Professional present your 3D drawings for city permit.
Ensure every project is designed in compliance with our quality and city regulations.
Responsible for completing daily reports, expense reports, and any other reports or paperwork requested from the accounting team.
Will be expected to drive and increase sales.
Pre site meetings will be conducted prior to constriction as well as a meeting on excavation day to determine any last-minute adjustments.
Effectively communicate with all clients and create change orders when needed.

Compensation:
Salary plus bonus, based on experience and job performance.
We offer a 401K program with matching and Profit Sharing.
After a year of employment, employees are entitled to 10 days of PTO.
After 5 years, employees are entitled to 15 days PTO.
Pool employee will receive a company vehicle and a gas card to be used during business hours.
